  • Click Login button on the top menu.
  • Enter your username and password to pull up your account specific information.
  • From this page you may:
    • Check order history
    • Update your contact information
    • Change your password
    • Update or add addresses  


    Checkout
    Once you have selected all products desired, click on the View Cart button on the top of the page to verify all selections and make any changes.  Once everything looks correct, click on the Checkout button.

    Checkout Steps:
    1. Verify Ship To and Bill To information.
    2. Select your shipping and payment options.
    3. Click Place Order button to finish checking out.

     

    Tracking and Delivery
    You have the ability to track your orders through this web site which is integrated with the FedEx web site.

    • Go to the My Account Page and sign in if needed.
    • Scroll down to order history area.
    • Click on the tracking number under shipping status for the the respective order.

     

    Taxes
    As required by state law, sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to Wisconsin and other states as per those with state terms with Image Innovators.


    Payment Methods
    Image Innovators accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards for payment. Your credit card is preauthorized at the time of placing the order and billed once the order is shipped. 


    Backorders
    Image Innovators is committed to having products in stock. Should a backorder situation occur we will ship all available item(s) at time of order and then ship the remaining item(s) when they become available. The items on backorder will be listed in the packing slip that arrives with first shipment.


    Returns
    For refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Care center at 800-924-8577 or via email at customercare@image-innovators.com.  Include documentation of your order with the merchandise you are returning (either your e-mail acknowledgement, e-mail shipment notice or packing slip).

    Please note that visibly worn or washed clothing cannot be exchanged or returned. Close-out items are final sales and cannot be returned. Purchaser is responsible for freight  on a return or exchange, unless the merchandise has arrived in unacceptable or damaged condition.


    International Shipments
    We are happy to accommodate your needs for international shipments. Due to the widely varying import restrictions and duties, your international shipments will be processed by our Customer Service Representatives on an individual basis.


    Delivery Information
    Items are shipped ground by FedEx. Rush delivery is available with an upcharge. Please specify delivery needs and details in the comment field of the checkout section and email customercare@image-innovators.com with order number and shipping needs.


    Custom Orders
    Our online E-Store is designed for quick and easy ordering of your HD Supply branded merchandise. If you are interested in an item not displayed, and cannot find it in our E-Store, please see our custom order section to get in touch with a Customer Care Representative for assistance.

     

    Secure Transactions

    It is our policy to never send private information, such as your credit card number, via e-mail.
